Training dates and spaces are limited throughout October and November.

Availability is offered on a first come, first served basis and your chosen training date will only be secured once the deposit has been received.

To avoid disappointment, we recommend securing your preferred date as soon as possible.

A deposit is required to secure your chosen training date.

The remaining balance must be paid in full 14 days before your scheduled training date.

Your training date will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Deposit is non-Refundable within 7 days of your training date.

If you cancel your training within 7 days of your scheduled date, the deposit will be non-refundable and will be retained to cover the time, preparation and resources allocated to your booking.

Where possible, we may offer you the opportunity to transfer your training to an alternative available date. Any transfer will be subject to availability and must be agreed with us in advance.

RESCHEDULING

If you need to change your training date, please give us as much notice as possible.

We will always do our best to accommodate a date change, subject to availability.

A new date is only confirmed once agreed with you in writing.

Repeated date changes may not always be possible and will be considered on an individual basis.

NON-ATTENDANCE

If you fail to attend your Masterclass without contacting me beforehand, this will be treated as a cancellation.

ABOUT THE MASTERCLASS

Masterclass with Molly provides professional Head Spa training designed to develop your knowledge, practical skills, confidence and understanding of Head Spa treatments.

The Masterclass is intended as professional training and education. Completing the Masterclass does not automatically guarantee employment, clients, income or business success.

Your results will depend on your own skills, practice, experience, business decisions and how you apply the knowledge provided during the Masterclass.

HEAD SPA TREATMENT PROTOCOLS

You are free to develop and provide your own Head Spa treatments using the knowledge and skills gained during your training.

However, you must not reproduce or distribute my proprietary written treatment protocols, manuals or training materials or present my proprietary content as your own original training material.

You are encouraged to develop your own style, treatment menu, client experience and business identity.

CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION

You will receive a certificate confirming completion of the Masterclass.

The certificate confirms attendance and completion of the relevant training. It does not represent a regulated qualification.

You remain responsible for checking any requirements applicable to your own business, location, insurance and professional practice.

Any personal information provided during your booking, questionnaire or correspondence will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and the Masterclass with Molly Privacy Policy.
